Select Garment
Select garment in the colour and sizes required, then click ‘Customise and Add to Basket’.

Add Printing or Embroidery
To add embroidery, firstly select the position for your logo and then ‘Select Technique’ as either a ‘One Colour Print’, ‘Multi-colour Print’ or ‘Embroidery’ and then upload the image or text. If you wish to add any further information about your requirements, there is the opportunity to add a text note at the checkout stage or please email us immediately after ordering quoting your order reference

Adding Personalisation (Names, Numbers, Initials, etc.)
Some orders for teamwear, stag and hen parties require individual personalisation. Please simply email your requirements (and order reference) and we will revise the order. Please note that this will incur additional costs.

Types of Printing
We offer three types of printing namely vinyl printing (one colour), transfer printing (multi-colour) or screen printing (multi-colour). The print method depends on the order requirements and will be confirmed prior to production.

Artwork Guidelines
We require vector artwork for most printing jobs. This is typically a vector PDF or EPS file, or the original artwork file (Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, etc.). These are all typically available from the graphic designer. More information can be found here or from contacting our Sales Team.

A digital visual mock-up is emailed for approval prior to production.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is typically 7-10 working days from approval of artwork. Please email for express orders.

It is important to consider the limitations of the printing and embroidery processes. For example, your logo may not be suitable for embroidery or a print may not be achievable in a certain position. We will use our experience acquired over more than 30 years to assist you in establishing the best way to achieve your requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions.

New Embroidery Logos and Digitizing
For new embroidery logos there is a one-off set-up charge of £20+VAT to digitize the logo for embroidery. Digitizing is the term used to convert flat images into stitch data so that the embroidery machines can read and embroider your design. More information can be found here. Your logo is then kept on file for future orders.
