How do I order?
Choose your required garments, selecting your colour and size. Add any embroidery or printing (this can also be done at the cart stage).
If you have new artwork that requires digitizing for embroidery, please upload your images here. Upon placing your order we will contact you before we go ahead with any embroidery or printing work.

 

Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order however we do offer discounts on bulk orders.

How long will my order take?
Delivery times for embroidery and custom designs will be up to 10 working days from approval of artwork.
Orders can be completed sooner if required.
Small printing jobs (i.e. personalised gift aprons, name & number prints) normally have 48 hour turnarounds

How much is it to set up my logo?
All new designs that are additional have to be digitised for embroidery will be charged at a one off payment of £20.00.
You will then own your new digitised design.

 

Will I receive a sample?
Yes, every new design will be sampled and can be sent to you via email.
Alternatively if you wish to have a physical sample then we can send one out to you in the post. 

 

Can I collect my goods from you?
Yes, you can collect your order once completed here at Cardiff Embroidery.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

 

Postage and packing costs?
There is free UK delivery for all orders over £150.
Orders below £150 are charged at £9.00 (inc VAT) for a next day signed for courier service.
Royal Mail 1st Class (Tracked and Signed For) options are for single garment purchases for £4.
Saturday delivery is available at £20.00

 

How do I pay?
You can checkout via our Checkout Gateway or PayPal. We accept all the major credit and debit cards, and can take payments over the phone.

 

Will my payment online be secure?
Yes, all payments will be on a secured 128 bit encrypted checkout page.

 

How do I send you my logo?
You can send your logo to us via email, sales@cardiffembroidery.co.uk
Alternatively you can send any headed paper through the post.
We require new designs in any of these formats - jpg, bmp, gif, png, cdr, pdf, eps.
High resolution images and artwork are essential for producing the best results.

 

Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, you can supply your own garments, however embroidery and printing is charged at a higher rate compared to garments supplied by us. It is typically a lower cost for us to supply both the garments and provide embroidery and printing.

 

What are your return policies?
We treat every order with the utmost care but on the odd occasion mistakes can be made. If it is found to be our fault we will offer a solution for you. Queries must be made within 7 days of delivery via email to Sales@CardiffEmbroidery.co.uk.

Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be cancelled and we cannot except returns or exchange goods.

 

 

My garments don’t fit! What happens now?
All garment sizing stated on the website are approximates and for general guidance purposes only. Please when selecting your garments ensure you select the correct size as we cannot take responsibility on wrong sizes ordered. If you have any questions regarding size, please contact us prior to ordering.

 

Can I track my order?
Yes, once you checkout new customers will be asked to create an account where you will be able to track your orders online.

 

Washing instructions
We advise you to stick to the washing guidelines stated on your garment for best results, however instructions may vary if the item is printed.
If washing garments that have had Flex Heatpress or Transfer Paper print do not wash above 40 degrees C.
Do not tumble dry garments.
Do not iron directly over any kind of print.
We cannot be responsible for damaged garments washed incorrectly.


What colour embroidery and printing can I have?
We have a wide range of colour threads that we constantly use. Normally a few shades within each colour. We cannot supply any exact pantone shades although we always do our best to match up as close as possible.
For our range of Flex Heatpress we can only print using the colours that are shown on our printing page. Again pantone colours cannot be used but again will be matched as close as possible. 

 

Logo sizing
A left as worn embroidery design will normally be no larger than 9cm x 9cm. This size will also be based for sleeve designs and back of neck designs.
A large embroidered logo has a maximum width of 30cm.
Flex Heatpress prints will be a maximum of 12" x 12"
Each order will be looked at by our design team and we will advise on all designs with you for the best fit.

 

Can I add to my order?
Yes, you can add to your order as long as we haven’t started production.
Please call us immediately if you have any additions where we will always do our best to help you.
